1. Self Esteem Establish an aim. Before you move out of bed, decide what kind of day you want to have. Make a deliberate, conscious decision about how you need to make every day. Write it down. Remind yourself each day of your own intent. Recommended motive: Today is filled with joyous wonders!
2. Be true to yourself. Be in the custom of pleasing yourself. You are in charge of your own pleasure. Your feelings are essential. Make sure that after say yes to another person you don't say no to yourself as a result.
3. Change your mental diet. Read uplifting books. Listen to uplifting CDs and tapes and attend workshops. What you put your attention on grows more real. Therefore concentrate on what you need to produce, on what makes you happy. Don't focus on negativity. Quit viewing the news. Avoid complainers and whiners. Walk away.
4. Be aware about what your monkey mind, the voice inside your face, says. Widen back and observe your ideas. If a special thought isn't type or isn't serving you, notice this and redirect your focus to what it is you're wanting. This might take a little training.
5. Upgrade your physical diet. You will have more energy and naturally feel better, if you take care of the body by supplying it with good nutrients. Don't feed your own body like a $5 dog and anticipate it to do like a prized race horse.
6. Stop comparing yourself to others. If you need something to measure yourself by, examine the way you were yesterday to the way you're today, and be type. Do your best every-day, if you do that the remainder will take good care of itself.
7. Make an uplifting atmosphere for yourself. This can be joyful colors, uplifting music, nature photographs, plants, uplifting posters, open windows... you determine. Wear clothes that you just feel great in. Treat yourself to excellent film, a fancy dinner or buy blossoms once every so often. If you are not inclined to perform nice things for yourself why should anyone else bother?
8. Celebrate your successes. Even the little ones. Don't wait to get perfect. Any improvement at all is worth celebration. Yay!
9. Be thankful. You have a lot to be grateful for. Prior to going to bed each night, jot down ten points you are grateful for that day and why. It is a significant measure. Gratitude alone can change things around for you. What are you thankful for right now? This is a great day, in case you are above ground.
10. Spend some time with supportive,Self Esteem uplifting individuals. You can not hold off a chicken coop and learn how to fly like an eagle. Chose your friends carefully.
